MASSAGE THERAPY
Relax, Rejuvenate, and Relieve Pain
We also offer massage therapies to address pain and stress in the body. Massage aids in lowering stress levels by calming down the body’s negative response to unaddressed, ongoing stress. Based on your needs, we offer a wide variety of therapies to improve energy, alertness, and general well-being.

Swedish Massage
$45 (30 min)/ $75 (1 hour)/ $100 (90 min)
Swedish massage is the most relaxing massage with a light touch and is best for stress reduction. It is offered to children (accompanied by an adult) and the elderly.
Deep Tissue Massage
$45 (30 min)/ $75 (1 hour)/ $100 (90 min)
Deep tissue massage is the deepest pressure you will receive to help relieve pain. Additional scraping tools can be used for stripping pressure off the muscle.
Sports Massage
$45 (30 min)/ $75 (1 hour)/ $100 (90 min)
This is meant for active people. You will experience stretching and deep tissue massage that aligns with your sport for optimal performance.
Prenatal
$80 (60 min)
Relaxing massage for your growing aches and pains as your body grows with new life. We use a pregnancy body pillow for positioning and maximum comfort.
Ear Seeds
(Natural or Crystal) $15 (20 min)
Ear seeds are used as a reflexology tool where pressure point beads are placed on the zones needed to treat the ear.
Light Therapy
$30 (30 min)/ $60 (1 hour) (Add-on with fusion or massage $20)
You will be placed under infrared red, blue, and yellow lights to treat conditions such as acne, wound healing, winter blues, etc.
Lymphatic Massage
$45 (30 min)/ $75 (1 hour)/ $100 (90 min)
This method is used in the focused movement of fluids to help eliminate toxins and inflammation.
Cupping
$45 (30 min)/ $75 (1 hour)/ $100 (90 min)
This method is used to advance healing in areas of pain. Silicone or controlled suction cups of different sizes will be used.
Reflexology
$30 (30 min)
This treatment focuses on foot massage targeting the reflexology zones needed for each client’s complaint/concern.
Analyzing the body
We work with multiple labs to analyze what is happening inside the body. Some labs use the home collection method; others may require an order to be obtained at your primary care. In the future, we hope to offer an in-office lab draw.
Some lab companies will bill your insurance, while others are cash or paid to Cornerstone WholeHealth 360. Some lab tests we might require:

Replenish Lost Nutrients
After thoroughly evaluating your health needs, IV therapy for hydration and replenishment of vitamins, nutrients, and minerals may be suggested as part of your treatment plan. These may be one-time or suggested as a weekly to monthly regimen based on your needs or desires. These are usually 60-min infusions.

You will need baseline labwork (CBC/BMP within the last 3mo) along with a brief exam and review of medical history ($35) prior to your first infusion.
