No, I will not function as your primary care provider as there are still services needed by standard primary care in conventional medicine. Cornerstone WholeHealth 360 LLC is an addition to your standard healthcare to optimize your health and balance dysfunction. I am happy to partner and coordinate with your primary care provider.

No, I will not bill your insurance. In time through my EMR, I can make a superbill for you to attempt to submit a claim to your insurance. This is not available for Medicare patients. However, some of our lab companies will bill your insurance to limit your out-of-pocket cost for lab work.

Scheduling is by appointment only through our online scheduling portal. You can check the online schedule to see if appointments are there for that day.

No! You can see either provider without seeing the other. However, you must fill out Cornerstone WholeHealth 360 initial intake paperwork on our online scheduling and portal platform.

Not currently. As we grow and develop, we hope to offer pediatric care as well.

We will review outside labs if performed recently (3-6 months) with a possible additional charge depending on the length of time reviewing labs. Since conventional insurance-based labs don’t address some of the underlying imbalances that may need to be assessed, we may make additional recommendations and we can review those during your visit.

Note: Some initial work-up, assessments, and changes can be made without having any labwork depending on your health needs.
